Twice a year, our church presents a production related to our faith and life. During Holy Week, we present “The Last Supper,” on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday to remember the struggle Jesus faced in his final hours and the witnesses to these events.
In the fall, we present an original production. Past productions featured the story of Martin Luther and the Reformation, World War II martyr Dietrich Bonhoeffer, and this fall, a retelling of the story of Jesus’ Birth and the visit of the Wise Men.
"Burn The Church" Drama
Nov. 3 & 4 at 7 PM
This Fall First Lutheran's Drama Ministry will be performing "Burn the Church," an original play by Nathan Roberts about the heroic acts of a European Lutheran Church during WWII.
A city is surrounded by the Nazi's and the town is forced to survive a cold winter by burning everything they have… including their church. Come see our amazing FLC actors and crew put on this powerful story!
